Welcome to Muneer Cab Service, your trusted cab in Goa since 2013. By using our Goa taxi service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your ride.

1. General Information

Muneer Cab Service operates as a professional taxi service in Goa, offering transportation throughout North and South Goa. Our services include airport transfers, railway station pickups, local sightseeing, Dudhsagar waterfall trips, outstation tours, and customizable packages.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All cab bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone call.

• Confirmation of booking is subject to vehicle availability.

• Customers are advised to re-confirm the booking details before the scheduled pickup.

• For customized trips, prices will be shared after finalizing the itinerary.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made in cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

• A minimum advance payment may be required for certain bookings.

• Final fare is calculated based on total distance and duration, as per the selected package (for example, 8 Hours / 80 K.M Package).

• Toll, parking, and entry fees (if applicable) are not included unless specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride.

• 50% cancellation charge applies for cancellations within 12 hours of the pickup time.

• No refund for cancellations within 6 hours or after pickup.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (like breakdown or natural calamity), Muneer Cab Service will provide an alternative vehicle or reschedule the trip.

5. Service Usage

• Our Goa taxi service is for personal and tourism use only.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances inside the cab is strictly prohibited.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Muneer Cab Service is not liable for any lost items.

• The driver has the right to refuse service if the passenger’s behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• We ensure that all our vehicles are well-maintained and drivers are experienced and licensed.

• Muneer Cab Service will not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be chargeable.

7. Pricing & Packages

• Prices for cabs in Goa are subject to change based on fuel rates and seasonal demand.

• Special packages such as Cab for Events, Local Goa Tours, Dudhsagar Waterfall Trip, and Outstation Trips can be customized as per customer requirements.

• For cab in North Goa or South Goa sightseeing, rates vary based on distance and duration.

8. Privacy Policy

• All customer information provided during booking is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.

• We never share customer details with third parties without consent.
